I first dived in the world of products at Du Pareil au Même, in the clothing industry. There I discovered the full breadth of the value chain, all the way from initial creative ideas to sourcing, production and marketing.
I traveled all over Asia, negotiating and learning fast. Very fast. And I developed a passion for materials, details, the tempo of collections, and the ability of a well-thought-out product to find its audience.
In 2004, I joined the Spanish group Mascaro, where I took charge of the French and Polish markets. This new role gave me the opportunity to broaden my strategic vision and manage sales development in an international environment, while remaining in touch with local needs.
Further down this path, I became Director of Buying and Visual Merchandising for Western Europe for the Italian group Geox in 2014. I joined the management committee, with a cross-functional role covering the design of the product offer, the development of collection and the implementation of the product strategy throughout the network.
Over the course of my career, I’ve honed my expertise in buying strategy, product development and visual identity. And developed the following conviction: a collection doesn’t sell just because it’s beautiful – it sells when it’s understood, embraced and embodied by the teams.
My strength has always been to connect strategic vision with the field, maintaining a close link with store teams. This approach has enabled me to gain a detailed understanding of business challenges, while perceiving employees’ need for meaning, recognition and collective dynamics.
Deeply inspired by the richness of human relationships, I naturally chose to place people at the centre of my work.
To take this further, I became a certified professional coach (EQF Level 6), joined the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and deepened my team-coaching expertise at Paris Dauphine-PSL (Executive Education).
I also trained in behavioural analysis (DISC & Driving Forces) and emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), to better understand what drives us, what connects us and what moves us forward. I am convinced that our emotions, once better understood, lie at the heart of authentic relationships and meaningful performance.
In 2023, driven by a deep-seated desire to do things differently, I founded Arpège.
Having made my way in the fashion world – a business I feel passionate about – I wanted to give a new dimension to my expertise by providing support to French and international companies.
After more than 20 years’ experience in management, I now provide coaching and training, deeply convinced that individual and collective commitment is essential to all forms of performance.
Because a strategy, like a melody, takes on its full meaning when backed by committed teams.
