MY STORY
From vision to collection management
I first dived in the world of products at Du Pareil au Même, in the clothing industry. There I discovered the full breadth of the value chain, all the way from initial creative ideas to sourcing, production and marketing.
I traveled all over Asia, negotiating and learning fast. Very fast. And I developed a passion for materials, details, the tempo of collections, and the ability of a well-thought-out product to find its audience.
In 2004, I joined the Spanish group Mascaro, where I took charge of the French and Polish markets. This new role gave me the opportunity to broaden my strategic vision and manage sales development in an international environment, while remaining in touch with local needs.
Further down this path, I became Director of Buying and Visual Merchandising for Western Europe for the Italian group Geox in 2014. I joined the management committee, with a cross-functional role covering the design of the product offer, the development of collection and the implementation of the product strategy throughout the network.
Over the course of my career, I’ve honed my expertise in buying strategy, product development and visual identity. And developed the following conviction: a collection doesn’t sell just because it’s beautiful – it sells when it’s understood, embraced and embodied by the teams.
my story
Combining strategic vision and team development
My strength has always been to connect the strategic vision to the field, maintaining a close link with store teams. This approach has enabled me to gain a detailed understanding of business challenges, while at the same time perceiving the need for meaning, recognition and a collective dynamic among employees.
Deeply inspired by the richness of human relationships, I naturally felt the need to go further in supporting others. This led me to become a certified professional coach (EQF Level 6) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I am also training in behavioral analysis with the DISC & Driving Forces, to better understand what drives us, what connects us, and what makes us go forward.
Now
In 2023, driven by a deep-seated desire to do things differently, I founded Arpège.
Having made my way in the fashion world – a business I feel passionate about – I wanted to give a new dimension to my expertise by providing support to French and international fashion and lifestyle companies.
After more than 20 years’ experience in management, I now provide training and coaching, deeply convinced that individual and collective commitment is essential to all forms of performance.
Because a strategy, like a melody, takes on its full meaning when backed by committed teams.

WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE
Creating links, uniting and engaging
I have a natural ability to rally teams around a project, give it meaning and inspire a collective dynamic.
Motivation, engagement and employee performance are at the heart of my approach.
With ARPEGE, I’m committed to orchestrating harmony within companies, so that strategy and people move forward together to drive performance.
Arpège: A name with meaning
I love music. It unites, brings people together, takes them on a journey.
In an arpeggio, each note has its own voice, but it’s their resonance that creates harmony.
It’s this collective energy that inspires me: bringing together talents, energies and visions.
Arpège embodies my commitment to connecting strategy with human dynamics and performance with precision.
